1. Payment Methods
Payments for Leeglin services may be made through:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
- Net Banking
- Direct Bank Transfers
- Other digital wallets or methods as may be introduced.
All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR). Users making payments from foreign accounts are responsible for any conversion charges or bank fees.
Leeglin does not accept cash, cheques, or payments outside the approved digital channels.
2. Advance Payments & Service Activation
Services will commence only after full payment or agreed advance payment is received in Leeglin’s designated account.
Leeglin reserves the right to withhold or delay activation of services until payment is successfully confirmed.
In the event of delayed payment, Leeglin may suspend or cancel services without liability.
3. Invoices & Taxes
Prices displayed are subject to applicable taxes, including GST and other statutory levies.
Leeglin will issue valid invoices for payments received.
Users are responsible for providing accurate billing details. Incorrect details may delay invoicing and service activation.
4. Non-Payment & Late Payments
Failure to make payment within the stipulated time may result in:
- Suspension or termination of services without prior notice.
- Late payment charges of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law) until dues are cleared.
- Any legal costs incurred in recovering outstanding amounts shall be borne by the user.
5. Refund Policy
All payments made to Leeglin are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:
- Duplicate payments made in error.
- Failed transactions where the amount is deducted but not received by Leeglin (subject to bank/UPI confirmation).
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof (screenshot, transaction ID, or bank reference number).
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
No refunds will be granted for:
- Change of mind or lack of use.
- Partially used services or subscriptions.
- Promotional credits, discounts, or trial offers.
6. Cancellations
Users may cancel a service request before Leeglin begins processing. Once services are initiated, no cancellation or refund will be allowed.
For subscription services, cancellation will prevent future billing but no refund will be provided for the current billing cycle.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes directly with their bank/payment provider without first contacting Leeglin.
False or invalid chargebacks may result in suspension/termination of services and recovery of associated costs through legal means.
8. Service-Specific Payments
- One-Time Services: Require full payment in advance.
- Subscriptions: Payment must be cleared before the renewal date to avoid service interruption.
If renewal is not completed, premium features will be deactivated automatically.
9. Limitation of Liability
Leeglin shall not be responsible for:
- Delays, errors, or failures caused by UPI providers, banks, or payment gateways.
- Transactions made with incorrect details (wrong UPI ID, wrong account, etc.).
- User’s failure to maintain sufficient balance or complete payment.
Leeglin’s liability, in any case, shall be limited to the value of the payment received.
10. Amendment of Prices & Payment Terms
Leeglin reserves the right to modify pricing, payment methods, and terms at any time, at its sole discretion.
Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
